Director of Client Relations, has been with Thinsolutions for 8 years. Brandon has a B.S. in Finance from Kent State University. His job is to ensure that client needs are met. He and the Technology Advisors conduct quarterly meetings to confirm that clients are receiving maximum benefit from our services. He also assists in estimating, planning and managing major client projects. Brandon has over 12 years of experience in the technology field and holds Microsoft MCSE and Cisco CCNA and COS certifications.

Director of Client Services, joined Thinsolutions when he merged his company, Fidelity Networks, into Thinsolutions in 2006. He was President and CEO of Fidelity Networks and has been a systems engineer and technology consultant to small and medium size businesses for over 10 years. As Client Services Director, his primary responsibility is to guide the Engineering, Development and all Client Service teams in delivering high-quality technology support services to our clients, meet our service metrics and maintain our process-driven standards of excellence.

Director of Administration, has been with Thinsolutions since 2000. With over 25 years’ experience in administration and management, Barb’s responsibilities include HR, accounting and general administration for Thinsolutions. She considers it her mission to assist the CEO and President in maintaining an efficiently functioning operation in a relaxed, fun environment. Her role is to ensure that the company operates smoothly so that her technical colleagues can devote their time and considerable talents to addressing the needs of our clients.

When she is not toiling away in anonymity in the back office, Barb eases her regret at not choosing a literary career by attempting to compose the perfect Six Word Memoir.

Chief Technology Officer, joined Thinsolutions as an engineer in 2001 after working in the New Media department of Penton Media. With over fifteen years of professional experience in the information technology field, he possesses leading technical and industry certifications including Microsoft Certified IT Professional Enterprise Administrator and Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator.

As Chief Technology Officer, John is responsible for driving overall business strategy through product, standard, and staff development. Working collaboratively with our staff and clients, John evaluates technologies to develop new business models and lines-- including competitive analysis, technology assessment, prototyping, partnering, planning, and defining architecture standards.

John was trained as an interdisciplinary philosopher at Miami University of Ohio. He believes that anything worthwhile can be summed up in a haiku and is uncomfortable referring to himself in the third person.

Technology Advisor, first started working for Thinsolutions in 2000. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science with a concentration in Finance from Cleveland State University. In addition to working with Brandon Bergum to ensure that our clients’ needs are met and that clients are receiving maximum benefit from our services, Michael also directs our Telephony group, where his focus continues to be providing outstanding solutions for our clients; in this case helping them improve their telecommunication systems by introducing Shoretel into their organizations. Michael is known for being able to communicate with computers and humans equally well. His customers appreciate the attention and extra effort that he consistently provides.
