Manager of Administration, has been with Thinsolutions since 2000. With over 25 years’ experience in administration and management, Barb’s responsibilities include HR, accounting and general administration for Thinsolutions. She considers it her mission to assist the CEO and President in maintaining an efficiently functioning operation in a relaxed, fun environment. Her role is to ensure that the company operates smoothly so that her technical colleagues can devote their time and considerable talents to addressing the needs of our clients.

When she is not toiling away in anonymity in the back office, Barb eases her regret at not choosing a literary career by attempting to compose the perfect Six Word Memoir.

Manager of Managed Services and guides the operational activities of our managed and hosted services, including the Thinsolutions ASP. His collaborative team consists of managed services analysts and helpdesk staff. With over twelve years of professional experience in the information technology field, John joined Thinsolutions as an engineer in 2001 after working in the New Media department of Penton Media. He possesses leading technical and industry certifications including the Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer certifications.

John was trained as an interdisciplinary philosopher at Miami University of Ohio. He believes that anything worthwhile can be summed up in a haiku and is uncomfortable referring to himself in the third person.

Manager of Consulting Services has been with Thinsolutions for 5 years. Brandon has a B.S. in Finance from Kent State University. His responsibilities include managing and directing the efforts of the technical consultants in the Consulting Group as well as estimating, planning and implementing major client projects. Brandon has over 10 years of experience in the technology field and holds Microsoft MCSE and Cisco CCNA and COS certifications.

Manager of Florida Consulting Services joined Thinsolutions when he merged his company, Fidelity Networks, into Thinsolutions in 2006. He was President and CEO of Fidelity Networks and has been a systems engineer and technology consultant to small and medium size businesses for over 10 years. As manager of the Consulting Group in Florida, Nathaniel oversees the professional services groups in our Jupiter and Fort Lauderdale offices in Florida. Nathaniel holds certifications from industry leaders VMware (VCP), Microsoft (MCSE) and Cisco (CCNA and other security specializations).

Manager, Development Group, has been programming for more than sixteen years. After earning a B.A. in Business Economics from the College of Wooster, Brian went to work for a small software firm where he did training, technical support while teaching himself programming. From there, Brian formed his own software development firm which he ran for eleven years before joining forces with Thinsolutions. Brian has expertise in designing, managing, and developing custom solutions that act as stand-alone systems and / or offer integration to existing processes.

Manager at Thinsolutions, first started working for Thinsolutions in 2000. He obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science with a concentration in Finance from Cleveland State University. Michael has extensive experience working with a Cleveland AMLAW 100 law firm, as well as mid-size and smaller firms He is known for being able to communicate with computers and humans equally well. His customers appreciate the attention and extra effort that he consistently provides.
