We require a knowledge of:

• Network and PC operating systems
• Citrix or Terminal Server environments
• TCP/IP, DNS, WINS, DHCP, SMTP
• Firewalls
• Blackberry, Windows Mobile and/or Goodlink email synchronization
• Strong customer service orientation

We prefer that you have:

• A college degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience,
• Certifications in Networking and/or Microsoft Technologies,
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Previous consulting experience---a strong plus
