Senior Technical Consultants

• Receive and respond to incoming calls, pages, and/or e-mails regarding user problems. Help with technical issues on a variety of platforms and operating environments
• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex network problems for a variety of end users.
• Assist in the recommendation, design, and implementation of hardware and software solutions. Aid in development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans and maintain current knowledge of plan executables. Respond to emergency network outages in accordance with business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

• College degree in Information Systems and/or equivalent work experience.
• Must have certifications in recent Microsoft (MCITP), VMware (VCP), Citrix, and/or networking technologies.
• Working technical knowledge of planning, implementation, and administration of storage area network (SAN) environments using iSCSI, and fibre technologies.
• Experience administering multi-server implementations of Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft SQL is helpful.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work as part of a team.
• Keen attention to detail.

Technical Consultants

We are currently considering applications for Technical Consultants in our Cleveland office. Responsibilities will include providing remote and on-site consulting and support services to our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and implement various Information Technology projects
• Perform on-site analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of complex network problems for a variety of end users,.
• Assist in the recommendation and implementation of corrective hardware and software solutions, including off-site repair. Aid in development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and maintain current knowledge of plan executables. Respond to emergency network outages in accordance with business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

QUALIFICATIONS

• College degree in Information Systems and/or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications in recent Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, and/or networking technologies.
• Working technical knowledge of Server and PC operating systems, including Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and 2008, and Microsoft Windows XP, Vista, and 7.
• Experience administering Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft SQL is helpful.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work as part of a team.

Inside Sales Person

We are currently considering applications for a seasoned Inside Sales Person to work in our Cleveland area office. The Inside Sales Person will work out of our offices in the Lakewood. . The person in this position will focus on:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Initiate outbound telephone sales calls to potential clients to arrange for appointments for our Managers
• Promptly qualify, follow-up, and track sales leads
• Maintain accurate records via the system in use at our company to track, monitor, and follow-up on sales account activity/performance and manage customer files 
• Occasionally make sales calls to larger Cleveland-area prospects 
• Attend occasional networking events and trade shows

• Minimum two (2) years business-to-business inside sales experience.
• Must be self motivated and possess strong time management, technical and communication skills
